Thank you Rachel!

Sadly October 3rd was the lovely Rachel’s last Farmers’ Market as Market Controller.  Rachel has decided to step down as Market Controller in order to spend more time with her family, although she won’t be a stranger as she has promised to remain on the committee and will also be returning as a customer!

Rachel has done a wonderful job of promoting the Market over the past 12 months and attracting some wonderful new producers. She has introduced live music to the Market which has supported the development of some amazing local talent, she has infused the market with her own unique style, creating a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere.

Thank you Rachel! ♥

Boston Baked Beans

Boston Baked Beans (serves 6).  By Joanne Schofield

I get asked for this recipe a lot as it is so easy to make and tastes so good. You will never go back to canned baked beans again!  Keeps for up to 3 days in the fridge. For vegetarian baked beans, exclude the pork belly and bacon.
